Terms of use

1. The service

("we") provides desktop software (a WhatsApp sender and a Gmail sender) that helps you send messages through WhatsApp Desktop and your own Gmail account from your Windows PC, together with a license that unlocks the software for a fixed period.

2. WhatsApp, Gmail & your risk

Bulk or automated messaging may violate WhatsApp's and Google's terms. WhatsApp can restrict or ban numbers, and Google can limit or suspend accounts, at their discretion. We cannot guarantee that any number will remain unbanned, and we are not responsible for any ban, block, suspension, loss of data, business loss or harm resulting from use of the software. Use delays and limits, message only people who expect to hear from you, and do not send spam or unlawful content. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with all applicable laws.

3. License

A license key unlocks the app(s) named on it, on the number of PCs shown in your plan, for the period purchased. Keys are personal: do not share or resell them. We may disable keys that are shared, abused or obtained by chargeback or fraud.

4. Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees. Orders are fulfilled after payment is received and verified. See the Refund policy.

5. No warranty

The WhatsApp app works by automating WhatsApp Desktop and may stop working when WhatsApp updates; the Gmail app depends on Gmail SMTP access. It is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current license.
