Bulk Gmail Sender for Windows

TechBotMaster Gmail Sender sends personalised emails to your own list through your own Gmail account, from your Windows PC. It stays inside Gmail's limits, skips addresses that bounce and keeps a record of every run.

What it does

How it connects to Gmail

It uses Gmail's SMTP with an App Password, not your normal password. You turn on 2-step verification in your Google account, create an App Password for "Mail" and paste it into the app. The App Password stays on your PC.

Gmail's own limits

A free Gmail account can send roughly 500 emails a day and a Google Workspace account roughly 2,000. Going over, or sending to people who report you as spam, can make Google limit or suspend the account. The app has a daily limit set by us and your own hourly limit to help you stay under, but you remain responsible for who you email.
