WhatsApp Marketing for Coaching Classes

Coaching classes already have what matters: a list of students and parents who expect to hear from you. WhatsApp is where they read messages. Here is how to use it without typing the same message hundreds of times.

Messages that work for classes

An example

Keep a sheet with the columns phone, name, class. Import it, then write:

Hello {name}, this is a reminder that the fee for {class} is due on 5 November. You can pay at the office or by UPI. Thank you!

Each parent sees the right name and class. Add the fee structure as a photo or PDF and it goes with the message.

How to set it up

  1. Make groups such as Class 10, Class 12 and Leads and save them in the app.
  2. Pick the group, write the message with {name} and attach a file if you need to.
  3. Schedule it for a sensible hour (not at night) and let it repeat every month for fee reminders.
  4. Check the reports and the reply inbox: parents who answer "Interested" or ask a question appear there so you can reply.

Be careful

Message only parents and students who gave you their number. Keep to a daily limit, use a number you can afford to lose and read the safety guide. People who reply STOP are skipped automatically from then on.
