WhatsApp Marketing for Real Estate Agents
A property lead goes cold quickly. Real estate agents use WhatsApp because buyers answer there, and the same message with photos goes to many interested buyers at once.
What agents send
- New listings with photos or a short video of the property.
- Site visit invitations for the weekend.
- Price drops to buyers who asked about that area.
- Follow-ups to leads who enquired last week and went quiet.
- Festival greetings to past clients, which keeps you in mind for referrals.
Keep buyers in groups
Make groups by budget or area (2BHK under 50 lakh, Plots in Sector 12) and import them from the sheet you already keep. Add a name column so every message starts with the buyer's name.
Hi {name|sir}, a new 3BHK just came up near {city|the main road}. Photos are attached. Would you like to see it on Saturday?
Use the reply inbox
In Background mode every answer lands in an inbox inside the app. Label the buyers as Interested, Follow up or Not interested, reply straight from the app and set an automatic answer for common questions such as "price" or "location". People who write STOP are never messaged again.
Good habits
Send only to people who contacted you or know you. Spread a big list over several days instead of one burst, and do not send the same message to the same person again and again. Read the safety guide first.
